Academician Chen liquan,together with Werner weppner,
conducted research on lithiumion conductors in Germany 1977年
Back in China,academician Chen liquan initiated and advocated for the first time the research
on solid metal lithium battery and the related basic research solid state ionology 1978年
The institute of physics of the Chinese academy of sciences
has set up a solid state ionic laboratory,the first of its kind in China 1980年
The insititute of physics of the Chinese academy of sciences listed fast ion condutor
and solid state battery as key topics in the "sixth five"and"seventh five"respectively 1980-1990年
The institute of physics of the Chinese academy of sciences began to focus on the research
of solid-state battery related positive and negative electrode material technolgy,
as well as the engineering problems inbolved 1990年
The research focus of the institute of physics of the Chinese academy of sciences
has shifted to the study of nano-ionics,and at the same time,it has begun to study and
overcome the key technical problems of solid-state batteries 2000年

The institute of physics,Chinese academy of sciences intends to inject the core intellectual
property rights of solid-state batteries into weilan new energy as intangible assets 2017年
